Geotrail is provided by Bitquantum Technologies and intended for use by companies to track field and sales employees. You agree to use the app solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
All content within the Geotrail app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bitquantum Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our explicit consent.
The Geotrail app may incorporate third-party graphics, sounds, fonts, software code, or other copyrighted materials under licensing terms. Bitquantum Technologies acknowledges and abides by all applicable licenses and copyrights associated with these third-party materials. You agree to use these materials solely as they are presented within the app and understand that modifications or separate use of these elements are prohibited.

Geotrail is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Bitquantum Technologies does not guarantee the app's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.
In no event shall Bitquantum Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, profits, or any harm related to technical issues.
Bitquantum Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Geotrail app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Geotrail without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any unlawful or harmful activities. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will cease immediately.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By using the Geotrail app, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bitquantum Technologies, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected to your use of the app, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement of any third-party rights. This includes indemnification for any issues arising from the use of third-party graphics, sounds, fonts, software code, or other copyrighted materials within the app, whether such issues result from your actions or other factors beyond our control.
